Sample Classes All private classes are for up to 3 people. Each additional attendee will be charged $40. Class pricing is based on food costs. Cooking Basics - $750 This is a 5-day course that will teach the fundamentals to good home cooking. The class curriculum is as follows: Class 1 : Stocks, sauces, brines, marinades, rubs Techniques: soup making, Glace de Viande Class 2 : Meat & Poultry Cookery 1 – braising, pan frying, deglazing Class 3 : Meat & Poultry Cookery 2 – poaching, roasting Class 4 : Vegetable Cookery – salads, steaming, boiling, roasting Class 5 : Starch – pasta, beans, potatoes, polenta, rice
Quick Meals - $400 This is a 2-day course that will teach you how to cook nutritious meals in less than 40 minutes. Class 1 : Stove top cooking and high heat oven roasting in minutes Class 2 : Quick Desserts and Appetizers
