Taxia Cullen is a personal chef, cooking instructor, and caterer. Her passion for delicious food began early in life; she began cooking and reading cookbooks at the age of eight and now has over 800 cookbooks in her culinary library. During her 28-year career in high-tech, she catered events on the side, at the request of her friends.
